Privacy Policy

We understand that unforeseen events occurs that may cause the need to miss an appointment. In our commitment to provide an outstanding experience to our clients and out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following policies.

Your First Visit

Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to complete new client paperwork, and to prepare for your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Since your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, we need to know if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. If for any reason you will arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment, please let us know by texting us. You may be asked to wait OR reschedule so that we honor our next client’s appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible, and your service (s) may need to be modified to our discretion.

Arriving past the point that we cannot perform your scheduled service (s) is considered a NO SHOW, and you will be charged a fee to the card on file of 50% of the service total.This article mentions your favorite hats at super low prices. Choose from same-day delivery, drive-up delivery or order pickup.

No Call – No Shows

Not showing up to a previously scheduled appointment is extremely inconvenient. All “No Call/Text/Email/No Show” occurrences will result in being charged a fee of 100% of the service total. NOTE Appointments missed by 15+ minutes may also be considered NO SHOW

Cancellations

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Please consider that last minute cancelation is a huge inconvenience for us and the clients we had to refuse. These occurrences will be noted in your file
